My Session at Lepelkop 2 – Vaaldam (31 Oct – 1 Nov)

What an awesome weekend session at Lepelkop 2 on the Vaaldam! The conditions were just right, and I managed to land 7 carp during my stay. I didn’t weigh the fish this time — it was all about enjoying the action, the scenery, and the magic in every cast.

I started out with my first rod armed with a Twinkie Small Bleeding Floatie and a Banana X Sweet Dough, boosted with Twinkie Muti and Vampire Muti on the bol. That combo kept me busy early on, with consistent bites and solid hook-ups.

For my second setup, I switched things up with Escargot Duo Floaties, topped off with Yellow Navigator Spray and Skunk Spray on the bol. That proved to be a deadly mix — the scent trail really held the fish in the area.

All my feed was built around Magic Baits Heavy Weight Feed, mixed with CYPRI Liquid Carp Food Feed Booster, creating a rich, protein-packed ground mix that pulled fish fast.

My traces were built with Wizard Quick Set Hooks (size 2) and Wizard Gummy Stops, giving me reliable presentation and confidence on every cast.
