I spent 12–14 September at Vaaldam, Lepelkop 2, and had an incredible time on the bank. Over those days, I landed 15 fish—not weighed, but every single one was a thrill.

Lately, I’ve been using BGA Liquid Carp Food Feed Booster more and more, just like my dad, Winnie Dreyer, and it’s proving to be a game-changer.

The way it draws the fish in is something you have to see to believe. And, just like Dad, I love pairing it with Magic Baits Sweetdough as a backing. I have total confidence that the Sweetdough makes a real difference—it’s a solid foundation for every setup I use.

On my first rod, I had a mix of Pink Sweets Small Bleeding Floaties on one corner with plain white Sweetdough, and on the other corner, Spookasem small soft Floaties, also with plain white Sweetdough. On the boilies, I used Swiss Boldip and Pink Sweeties SloLeak.

My second rod had two Pink Sweets Small Bleeding Floaties on each corner, with Grobbies Boldip, Boorgat Boldip, and Pink Sweets Boldip on the boilie.

I built my rigs using Magic Baits Wizard Quick-Set Hooks size 2 and Wizard Gummy Stops Medium, and I fed with Magic Baits HeavyWeight, mixed with the BGA Liquid Carp Food Feed Booster. Everything just worked together perfectly—the setups, the boosters, and the backing all played their part in a very successful session.
Magic Baits is definitely my go-to. When I fish like this, I know I’m giving myself every chance to catch quality fish, just like Dad always taught me.
