Magic at Lepelkop, Vaaldam

I spent the weekend of 31 October to 1 November fishing at Lepelkop 2, Vaaldam — and what a relaxing, action-filled session it turned out to be! I landed 15 fish in total, and although I didn’t weigh them, every one gave a proper fight and made the session worthwhile.

For this trip, I trusted my go-to Magic Baits combinations:

🎣 Rod 1: Plain White Small Hard Floaties with Plain Yellow Sweet Dough, and on the bol I used Pink Sweets Muti mixed with 100% Green Fluorescent Powder.

🎣 Rod 2: White Knight Small Bleeding Floaties with Plain Yellow Sweet Dough, and a bol boosted with Grobbies Boldip and Island Spray.

I fished with Magic Baits Heavy Weight feed, mixed with CYPRI Liquid Carp Food Feed Booster, which gave the feed that irresistible scent and cloud effect.

My rigs were built with Wizard Quick Set #2 hooks and Wizard Gummy Stops — reliable and easy to use.

It was one of those weekends where everything just came together — good weather, steady bites, and plenty of fun by the water.
