Central Gauteng takes Gold
Central Gauteng U19A Junior Team Strikes Gold at Junior All Transvaals.

Flamingo Bay, Vaaldam, 20 September 2025 – Central Gauteng’s U19A Junior Team delivered an outstanding performance at the Junior All Vaal competition, securing first place overall and proudly bringing home the gold medal.
Among the standout performers was Renaldo Nel, who contributed to the team’s success with a well-tested baiting strategy.
Nel’s winning combination included Vaalking, DCX, and FBI on the bomb, paired with Boorgat floats on the bottom hook and Honey Glow dough on the top hook.
He also alternated with Karibas enhanced with Skunk Spray, while relying on Magic Baits Heavy Weight feed to complete his winning approach.
“This was a proud moment, not only to represent Central Gauteng but to help our team secure the gold. The combinations worked perfectly on the day, and I’m grateful to have been part of such a memorable achievement,” Nel said.

2 x 100ml Vaalking Boldip
1 x 50ml Dark Red Powder
Mix everything well and bottle.
I fish worms with Cyclone Spray, Hlx Boldip and Vaalking Boldip and I prefer the extra red color in the “Vaalking Xtreme”
I will even dip the worms in the Vaalking Xtreme.
Works well at the Vaal Dam and the Vaal River.
