📍 _House No. 1, 2 & 3 are located on a private plot, right on the waterfront of the Vaal Dam, within a game farm and secure security complex… just outside Oranjeville, on the Skier Estate (past Peninsula). Cottages are completely private from each other (with own facilities) but pool on site is shared. Cottages 1 and 2 are at the front on the waterfront side (with pool separating cottages). House 3 is at the back of the yard, but within walking distance of the waterfront. Each cottage has its own waterfront area._
*House 1️⃣ consists of:*
🌼 Spacious Lounge area with open plan facilities
🌼 3 x Sofa beds in living room for 2 children each.
🌼 Indoor barbecue and Smart TV in living room (youtube or own Netflix)
🌼 Bathroom with shower on ground floor
🌼 Kitchen is fully equipped, with gas stove and electric oven, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer.
*All rooms upstairs:*
🌼 2 x rooms with double beds in each
🌼 2 x rooms with one double bed and one single bed in each
🌼 1 x room with two double beds in it
🌼 1 x Family room (double bed and 2 single beds), pvt balcony with lounge-patio set outside.
🌼 Guest toilet upstairs
🌼 Spacious ablution with 3 showers, 3 toilets, 3 sinks (similar to “gym” bathrooms).
🌼 Comfortable outdoor boma & braai area
🌼 Trampoline and climbing frame/slideboard at the boma
🌼 Swimming pool
🌼 Boats and Jet Skis welcome. They are launched on the right side of the waterfront, directly into the water.
🌼 Great fishing on the 100m waterfront. Each cottage has its own, marked off area.
🌼 Each bed only has 1 x pillow & 1 x “comforter” on it. Guests are welcome to bring extra blankets throughout the winter.
Advertised price includes guest quantities only, as stipulated above. Additional guests, more than 24, rates (own mattresses & bed linen must be provided):

☀️Day visitors (friends of guests only): R200pp _(Strictly for hours 10h00-18h00)_
⛺There is limited space available for 2-3 folding tents, and extra space in the house on own mattresses. No power may be applied with cables.
🏊♀️Swimming pool, 🤸🏽♀️ is shared by all guests. Children must be supervised by adults, Everything is used at own risk.
🧺No towels or toilet paper are provided.
🌇The nearest shops are in Oranjeville (15km).
🔥Wood for fires can be purchased from the worker on site (cash only).

🥁 No music or noise is allowed on the ‘Estate’ after 22h00.
🐩No pets are allowed (not even baby puppies/animals).
🤸🏻♀️ Children must be under adult supervision please.
🕊No guests are allowed inside the aviary, green house and other outbuildings.
💥No fireworks are allowed at all.
🚭All indoor facilities are strictly non-smoking. If the smell of cigarette smoke is discovered inside buildings, your breakages deposit will not be refunded.
⚡ For your safety, no power cables (“extensions”) may be laid to the waterfront or outside the houses. Please bring solar/battery lights.
